RETURN
Please understand that it is difficult to exchange products shipped overseas, and returns are only accepted if approved by our standards.


Acceptable Reasons for Returns
1. Customer’s change of mind
2. Receipt of a product different from the product ordered
3. Receipt of a damaged product

How to Return
1. Please contact our customer service center via email within 7 days of receiving the product. The email should include the reason for the return, receipt, product photo, and order number.
2. The customer service center will contact you within 24 hours after confirming the email.
3. When returned, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, and the tag, label, and package must also be sent in the same condition as when they were received.
4. When returning a product, please enclose a note containing the customer's ID, name, and order number.

Notes on Returns
1. Returns are possible only if approved by the customer service center according to the request method above. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be processed.
2. Even if the product is defective, the tag and label must be delivered in intact condition.
3. The product must be sent unworn.
4. All components of the product (including free gift) must be delivered in the same condition as when they were received.

Non-returnable Items
1. Shoes, bags and accessories cannot be returned.
2. Products damaged due to customer negligence cannot be returned.
3. Returns without approval from the customer service center are not allowed.

Wrong Delivery
1. If the product you ordered is missing from delivery, please contact our customer service center within 7 days of receipt.
2. Please keep the packaging (package, box, plastic bag, etc.) in its original condition and contact our customer service center with a photo.
3. If the packaging is damaged or missing, it may not be returned.
