Orders are shipped within 3-10 business days on average for international shipping. Please note that it may take longer for some countries.

Return & Exchange
All requests for returns or exchange can be made on our Q&A section.
Please write a request with your order/confirmation number and our team will respond as soon as possible to help.
An item is only eligible for return or exchange with the following requirements:
- Return or exchange is requested on our Q&A section within 7 days upon receiving
- The item is in pristine condition with original packaging and tags.
Reason for return and exchange may include:
- Wrong item / color / size
- Simple change of mind
*When returning or exchanging, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs,
*In the case of return and exchange due to our fault (wrong order, defective items), we will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Cancellation
Cancellation of order must be requested before shipment begins.
