Exchange and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return. To return one or more items from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of the delivery date
- your return request must be approved by our staff
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition

We accept return if:
1) you receive a product different from your order
2) you receive a defective product
3) you are returning due to a change of mind(on size, color, etc.)

We do not accept return if:
1) you are returning all exclusive, sale, event items
2) the products are damaged due to customer mishandling
3) you are returning knit, leather, fur products

The following items are not considered defective:
1) Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
2) Items with creases that may have been made during shipment
3) Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish
